What makes coding so important for your children?
Coding is the hidden language behind everything digital. It’s how we communicate with our computers, smartphones, and household tech, and how they communicate with one another. It drives the software in the countless things we use every day. As the digital world expands, and we become more reliant on it, coding will become an increasingly important factor in our children’s future career prospects.
Coding is now also part of the national curriculum, but we believe learning to navigate the world of coding shouldn’t simply be a mandatory lesson. We at Code Playground believe it should be about inspiring children to explore the digital world, and have fun in the process. By doing so, we hope to support their coding education and give them a head start on their dream jobs and hobbies in tech.
