Teaching coding in your classroom
First off, congratulations on taking your first steps in adopting a fun and interactive approach to teaching your students the computing curriculum.
The Code Playground team understand coding can be new and daunting for teachers, just as much as it can be for students, so if at any point you’re unsure of what is being introduced on this site or in our sessions – please consult our FAQ section for a variety of explanations to the most popular questions posed to us.
If you’ve got a query or issue that isn’t explained in our FAQ section, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team.
We’ve worked with schools across the country since 2018, making the Key Stage 2 coding curriculum easier for hundreds of teachers and thousands of students.
We achieve this through our free virtual online session, available throughout the school year, as well as our after school Code Playground Club.
We also provide free resources, such as workbooks, lesson plans, and videos, to help get teachers started on the right path to exploring coding with confidence.
